Kiran is a global organisational leader in environmental justice, women’s empowerment, interfaith understanding, and peacebuilding through multidisciplinary approaches. She is the Global Chair of the United Religions Initiative which promotes cooperative action, and launched the Global Hindu declaration to tackle climate change through advocacy and grassroots community empowerment.
